Housing Information
Housing for out-of-town students will be available minutes away from The Dance Barns. Students will be housed at the new dorms at the Institute For American Indian Arts (www.iaia.org). Meals will be provided, or will be catered at The Dance Barns – depending on the day’s schedule. The cost for housing and all meals from dinner on Saturday, July 19th through breakfast on Sunday, August 3rd is $725; this price is based on sharing a room. The $725 fee is due by May 2nd, 2008.

Transportation between the IAIA and The Dance Barns will be provided by BTDW. Students will be responsible for transportation to Santa Fe; however, a BTDW staff member will greet and direct students at the Albuquerque airport upon their arrival.

Chaperones
Students will be chaperoned at all meals, evening hours and throughout the night; chaperones are essential to the success of our program!  Chaperones receive a discount on their child’s tuition, and their housing and any meals are provided by BTDW.

As a chaperone you have a big responsibility, but also a great deal of free time – it’s a wonderful opportunity to explore this fine city at considerable savings!  If you are interested in being a chaperone, please call us at: (505) 795-7088.
